the experience is carefully choreographed into an immersive and elegant journey.
The menu
Our lunch menu is SGD 395++ per guest, with supplementary courses available. Our fixed menu for dinner is SGD 580++ per guest. Beverage pairing, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, is available.

Reservation
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Saturday.

CHEF BJÖRN FRANTZÉN
Björn Frantzén is one of the defining culinary voices of his generation. As founder and chef of Frantzén Group, he has built a collection of award-winning restaurants and gastronomic experiences around the world, transforming an ambitious vision into one of the most celebrated restaurant groups globally.
Born in Stockholm in 1977, Björn’s passion for gastronomy began with a single, unforgettable steak. To this day, he recalls that dish — served with French fries and béarnaise sauce — as his first true culinary memory, one that would inspire his career in the restaurant industry decades later.
He began his culinary journey at Edsbacka Krog under Chef Christer Lingström, later refining his craft at internationally acclaimed kitchens including Chez Nico in London, Pied à Terre, Restaurant Lettonie, and L’Arpège in Paris.
In 2008, Björn opened Frantzén Lindeberg in Stockholm, which quickly earned two Michelin stars. In 2017, Restaurant Frantzén reopened in new premises, introducing an immersive dining experience. The restaurant was awarded three Michelin stars the following year, becoming the first in Sweden to receive this distinction.
That same year marked the opening of Restaurant Zén in Singapore, inspired by its Stockholm counterpart while shaped by its own cultural context. In 2021, Zén was awarded three Michelin stars.
With the opening of FZN in Dubai in 2024 — awarded three Michelin stars less than a year after opening — Björn Frantzén became the only chef in the world to simultaneously lead three Michelin three-star restaurants.
Today, Frantzén Group encompasses restaurants, bars, and gastronomic concepts around the world and holds a total of nine Michelin stars. Across every project, Björn remains closely involved in shaping the culinary direction, creative development, and overall guest experience.
